Have had the same issue for a couple weeks now. It let me bet on a couple matches randomly but can't payout. Tried new tradeurl links as well.

Can someone enlighten me what the "black" hammer/gavel icon on the team logo means? I know red means that team you bet on lost, I know green means the team you bet on won. What does black mean? I bet on TLR earlier for ~6 refined payback and I do not have a collect winnings button and I noticed the icon is black. Help?
It just means you bet on them and the result has not been verified / match has not been played yet.

AndKennethsnapchat is the best way to reach cherry nowadays.
Current owners have my email which I check daily if anyone really tried to reach me I'm sure they could.

I apologize for the continued issues. Cherry has previously been pulling twice his weight in keeping the site up and running smoothly, and with the transfer to the new site our new coders are focusing more on developing the new site, leading to bugs being unaddressed for far longer than they should be. In addition, I personally haven't had as much time recently due to real life commitments (class and fall ball), so I haven't been able to fulfill my usual role of being the line of communication between the developers and the public. Again, my apologies. On the bright side, last I heard the new site is coming extremely soon, hopefully in the next couple days although it could be longer. Hopefully with the new site most issues are resolved and things will run much more smoothly. Thanks for your patience.
