he didn't even ask him to stop playing it, why would you wait till the game ends then say something afterwards. if you stay quiet people are gonna assume its ok. if you have some sort of hidden agenda to restrict people that way you shouldn't even have admin in the first place

EDIT: HEAVY is gay but it worked and allowed them to get 4 rounds, not exactly sure why he get c-restricted. I remember Phrakture got restricted for running heavy for the entire game... I hate marmaduke but he doesn't deserve to be restricted.

Apparently the admins didn't think it was VIABLE to off class in that situation. That's the main reason I stepped down in pug.na, I don't agree with the off classing rules. If you can do it in ESEA, you should be able to do it in pugs.

Is there a way to get better admins or punish for juvenile acts like this? It's off putting for people that aspire to be able to play in higher level pugs.

no, it was ONE admin who didnt think it was viable, and surprise surprise! he was on the team that got rolled 3 straight rounds because of it. SHOCKING

I think the average maturity of the pug.na staff is that of dflame.

I must say I'm really surprised people still get banned for running heavy. If you play at a high level you'll realize people run that class all the time and it's even harder to counter. Might as well get used to it in pugs.

That's exactly my point. When any one of the admins doesn't agree with how you are playing the game they just restrict you. I got banned from the channel before because, as a scout, I went engy to defend last. I only went engy for the one life, granted it was an epic one where I killed like 6 people and made a medic drop to a lvl 2 on mid. As soon as I died I went back to scout. It wasn't viable apparently. Banned.

update: apparently i was captain restricted because in 1 pug my team got 5-0'ed because our medic had literally 0 comp experience and dropped ubers, would drop 4 players before popping, wouldnt come to mid because "the pocket jumped away," etc. and the second game was "4-1 within 10 minutes" ...guess it doesnt matter that it ended 5-4

I was restricted just before break for running pyro the last 2 rounds when my team was rolling the other easily. What exactly is the purpose for admins in the pug.na system? They seem to only ban out of rage or hatred and most ignore broken rules on their teams. Just seems silly to me.
