I got a 140hz crt at the same time i upgraded from my toaster of a laptop to a real machine so i can't 100% comment on the displays effectiveness, but after that change, my hitscan became a lot better

Where do you get a nice CRT? Afaik they don't make nice new CRTs and the old ones are all fading with age.

just curious...what is a 3D monitor good for? I mean, yeah its 3D but what can you use the 3D with/do you need extra hardware in your PC to take advantage?

you would need an nvidia gpu and nvidia active-shutter glasses (which are about $100 iirc) if you wanted to use this for 60 Hz 3D, but everyone here is mainly concerned with 2D 120 Hz.

That's them marking up the original price and cutting it in half.
In actuality they shaved maybe $50-80 off the price.
Personally I would spend the extra for the BenQ. 23" isn't enough, 24" is the perfect amount.

I agree. If you have the money the 2420T is amazing. I bought mine and received it on Tuesday, haven't looked back from a 24" (was using a 2233 for so long, 16:9 really does own 16:10 >_>)

it's real nice
the 3d u dont need nvidia shit, they have their own proprietary shit????? iono its p sick tho. just put on their SAMSSUNG CHINA glasses and then press 3d button and ur woa~~~
