In the gym training arms, some alpha freak curling the same weight beside me, obviously trying to outdo my reps. So I did what I needed to do to assert myself, and curled everything I could find.

biceps are grown with proper supinations and slow negatives. for some people they grow by just touching a dumbell, but for others you really have to work hard on form to make sure they're properly worked. don't mistake fatigued forearma for fatigued biceps.
