Look into any number of desktop customization programs/items

Rainmeter is probably the most popular one. The reddit.com/r/Rainmeter seems to have a lot of the same thing, but it's a good springboard to get ideas from if you're inclined.

question. is window 10 ever gonna get the type of customization we had with windows 7, like changing the entirety of the windows skin? i'm kinda waiting on it....

Been fiddling around with rainmeter, set up something I saw from reddit with a few personal touches.
Hovering over each option will change the images located behind the triangle template. I stuck a couple of the games I've been playing recently on there, but I will be changing it around as I go. Normally the task bar will be hidden, but I didn't really care for the sake of these pictures lol.

It wasn't that bad, actually. The most annoying part was actually make each image with the triangle template - you have to use the triangle image as a top layer, then add and move around wallpapers in a photoshop-esque editor. I used
