Thanks to a recent roster shuffling by froyotech and the demise of Hands Off earlier this week, Titanium hWhite has been able to complete its own roster revamp. The team is now adding corsa, highfive, and dingo to its starting roster, dropping Sezco, phlps, and unf.

The team, which was directly invited to the top North American division, had a roster filled with many seasoned Invite veterans. Unfortunately, they did not fare well to begin the season, losing all but one of their initial matches and thus left tied for last place with Hands Off (which they had beaten in a close 5-4 victory in week 1).

As a result, the team has decided to reform its roster. With Sezco, phlps, and unf stepping down, the core of the former Invite team The Grime remains, joined by corsa (dropped by froyotech earlier this week, and also a former member of The Grime) and highfive and dingo (left teamless after Hands Off died). Now with four members of the former The Grime roster, the team has decided to honor that history by taking on the name of The Grime.

Team captain Dagger discussed the issues with the old roster leading to the dramatic changes:

The old roster had a lot of issues. The team was thrown together 3 days before registration to fill the last Invite slot and we went in knowing we had a lot of issues to work out. We went through a few phases, for a while we were doing well, and we even beat Hands Off. After Viaduct week things went sour and our problems turned into bigger problems and it has escalated to a point where some players don't want to play with each other anymore.

New pickup corsa shared his thoughts on the rest of the season:

Given the roster's record at this time, it unfortunately appears to be impossible to make playoffs unless we win every match. We still, however, want to finish the remaining four weeks strong, potentially upsetting a top four team while having fun. We are also looking forward to making this the most enjoyable season we have had in a while by having an optimistic mumble atmosphere. We are all pretty good friends, so this desire seems to have already been attained.

The newly revamped roster of The Grime, which will immediately be faced with a challenge going up against froyotech tomorrow night, is thus:
