Basically, I got picked up as a caster for Rai eSports, a group working with TF2 teams looking to expand into others to present tournaments and teams to the community. Some guy claiming to formerly work on CEVO and TF.TV production teams called forzt added us and said he wants to help out. RAM, the head of Rai, said he was legitamate and when we asked why his hours and account were new, he said that his old account was hacked. For all I know this guy could actually be legit as he uses a lot of production buzz words. Probably not, but I followed along. He told me he wanted to break off and form a casting only organization. As far as I know, the owner is not an alternative account. Also, I currently play in ESEA Open as well, and that PUG groups's name has been changed due to Solid PUGs, for obvious reasons as is described on that thread.

Also maybe try partnering with the several already existing coverage organizations who would love to cover more intermediate if only they had the staff.
Your post doesn't exactly instill confidence in the professionalism of your organization.
Either have a pay grade set up or acknowledge that this is tf2 and like 4 people total get paid to do their thing and even then only sometimes. Either this is a paid position (per piece/hourly/flat per diem) or its a volunteer. It's okay to say you would like to pay people a little if it becomes viable. Hint: it won't. Otherwise just say that this is a volunteer position.
What work have you done besides getting a buddy to be a "PR representative" (if you find out what that means tell me so I can finally figure out what Kevinispwn does for tf2stadium) and changing the name from "Rai"? Do you have a producer? Sponsors interested? Casters? Schedules planned? Liaised with teams to start developing relationships?
Sorry to put you through the grinder but I'm tired of half assed projects being put together and abandoned because I don't think people realize the dedication it takes to even be slightly involved with a major organization. This looks like you put very little background work or thought into what it means to run a production crew other than " tftv's shit looks nice, we want that but in red instead please " without even really knowing what technology is actually in use. That shit took years to really get to the point you see now.

Hi. I just wanted to clear the air. Forzt added me the day of the tournament we ran, and said he wanted to help out. He claimed to bring experience to the table, and he seemed to be a hardworking guy, so I said sure. He worked with me for a day, and he started to seem kind of fishy. I was planning on breaking off contact with him, but the day after the tournament he comes to me and says that he is breaking off from my organization to do his own thing, which I say is fine. Reading this thread is the first I've heard of all this, but we will definitely be vetting potential volunteers far more thoroughly from now on. Thank you all for your patience.
