Goodwill and Salvation Army both sell used clothes for super cheap, the selection isn't always great but you can usually find stuff you like.

H&M is worth checking out.

buy a sewing machine and head to goodwill if you want to really put effort into it

For canada, Winners, marshals, H&M, Urban planet, Blue notes, stitches, Urban Heritage (all the same company) and depending on where you live you can find some good small stores

If you have an outlet center near you, winners/west49/zumiez can carry good stuff but just looking around your shopping complexes and malls will help alot

uniqlo, h&m, j. crew, honestly target and old navy have some nice stuff

AS Colour if you're in oceania, their stuff is all great quality
