there are two commands. m_pitch, and m_yaw.

Pitch is your up/down movement and yaw is your left/right movement. As far as I know doubling your pitch and yaw will double your sensitivity. Sensitivity is just an easy way of combining the two ( I could be wrong about that). If you only change your yaw then your left/right movement will speed up, but your up/down movement will be the same.

for some reason valve decided that values that arent -0.022 and 0.022 for m_pitch are cheating. whats up with that anyway

Blurrif i 2x the m_yaw, is it same as 2x sensitivity

yes that's how it works, however I'd leave it alone; the best way of adjusting sens is still changing ingame sens and your mouse dpi. Fucking with windows sens and m_yaw/pitch is a bad idea

#4, I think the original way to turn very fast with charge n targe involved changing m_yaw, I could be completely wrong though.

You used to be able to set m_yaw really high and lower your sensitivity accordingly, so you could still aim fine but when you used the targe you were able to turn easily.
