I hate being that one asshole, but could you possibly do BazHUD? The scoreboard and round timer are currently broken. The only reason I'm asking is because this is the only HUD I've ever seen that has the ammo and health one above the other on the left and the round timer on the right (instead of up top) (where ammo usually is) and I fucking love it.

my lazy workarout is to copy HudLayout.res from the basefiles folder into scripts, reloadscheme in console, then copy the HudLayout.res from the hud then reloadscheme again.
