Is a bit of a sad story but all these RIP posts accompanied by "omg so many celebs dying in 2016 this year sucks :(" feel like they're getting a bit old. How many times can people keep saying that this year is bad when literally tons of people die every year and that they are each pretty much just as bad as the last regardless of how many famous people died??

Apparently the shooter flew to Orlando just to shoot her. He brought two guns, ammo and a hunting knife. Much respect for Christina's work and talent, and kudos to her brother, who was said to have jumped the shooter, and potentially stopped him from doing any more harm.

I don't know anything about the venue, but how did someone get a gun into a concert? Don't they check for alcohol and drugs and shit? Or are you allowed guns in concerts in America (serious question I don't actually know US guns laws).

I'm almost positive it was a pretty small venue (about 120 people) and it was after the show at an autograph signing outside of the actual concert area.

Not sure of where the actual signing was but I don't think they would end up checking for weapons after show with that small amount of people
