So guys, with no restrictions on matchmaking, what is the most effective team composition?

I personally believe 2 medics is too valuable to ignore, so that's a must. Also, 2 demomen could be viable because they can watch the flank with one of the other "flank classes" during the stalemates, and just have way too much damage output between the two of them during team fights/pushes. Is sacrificing the amount of soldiers/scouts in the game worth the gain of another med/demo? Are there really any other beneficial team compositions with no class restrictions for your standard midfights/pushes than doubling up on these classes?
This is mostly looking at the class make-up, there are certainly just as many viable classes with all unlocks allowed.

Its MM, if you are a decent player literally anything. But really minimum 2 scouts, 1 demo and 1 med, after that drop pocket for another med, demo or scout, and roamer does what ever the fuck he wants.

Edit: Seriously though, I could see running a GRU heavy instead of a pocket viable, since most MM teams won't focus fire you well enough.

2x Natascha Heavy (hoping to see a rebalance in tomorrow's update because natascha is broken. The damage resist combined with a quick-fix or vaccinator makes you a raid boss)
2x Medic (Double quick-fix probably, but as long as you have 1 quick-fix you can switch the other one to something else. 1 kritz would be good because it would counter the quick-fix of the other team)
2x Whatever
You can decide the remaining classes probably.
Are they also running heavies? Sniper
Rollouts? Soldier(s) with Disciplinary Action. Any of the 3 banners + 2 Natascha heavies is probably ridiculous as well
Demomen would be a pick that's never bad. Fast rollout to compensate for the heavies being later to mid. Good counter to Vaccinator if the other team wants to counter the Heavies with Bullet Resist.
I'd probably go with 1 Banner Soldier with Disciplinary Action + 1 Demoman. Scout is obviously also great but too much hitscan and the Vaccinator will start countering your team
I tried this once with some friends and I'd never had so little fun in my entire time of playing TF2
edit: Also works fine on koth. Never tested it on gorge but you can probably just change 1 or 2 "whatever"s for engineers

Aside from the low-ladder and early ranked games, the higher-ranked matches are where the meta is gonna take form. I mostly want to know what high-ranked compositions would most likely become.

Honestly, without whitelists or class limits there are a hundred cheese strats that work against anybody trying to play normally. Tomislav is another completely unbalanced hwg unlock
