I think it was when blinky logged into the TFTV mumble, I got upset that they were potentially going to spoil the outcome of the cast by being there so I told him to shut up. Great Audi buying experience at Audi of Cary, largely thanks to Len Talarico (Sales Rep). He was great to deal with and kept the sales talk to a minimum. He understood my needs and didn't waste my time with old school sales techniques. It was also great to see a sales person interacting through text messages instead of phone calls or snail mails. He ensusred that I didn't have to wait more than 15-20 mins at dealership for the paperwork. This was probably my best car buying experience ever! I highly recommend Len and Audi of Cary.
