I believe he's got a good understanding of 6's and his hl experience has taught him how to play selflessly and get key spy frags. From my interactions with him, he seems like a great personality to have in the mumble as well. I think he could fit well on any team.

If you have a roster, and you have friends who are at the same level as you... why not help yourself, IM as a whole, and your friends by making a team together and just playing. Its better than not playing at all or playing in Open

i love spades alot. he is a very solid scout with good comms and can offclass well. i think the 2 biggest things he needs to work on is finding his role in the team and not being super ridged about it and not going spy soooooo much. overall spades is an awesome person to be around. pick this man up.
