That doesnt look like a joke so Id rather recommend you to visit this thread and watch some good fragmovies with lots of upvotes, hope youll see what is considered decent frags and step up your game; seems like you put some effort into it so hopefully that advice will be helpful
To all the people on ironic passive-agressive bandwagon: dont forget that tf2 community is considered among the friendliest, as for the competitive players, dont become quake and rather say why its not worth acclaim than ironically support this, remember, he may take it seriously and keep doing this or, as I said, step up and try harder next time and do something worthy
