I live in Asia and I am unable to find and lobbies be it from tf2 center or tf2 stadium that are in Asia so are there any PUGS in Asia or am I just force to PUB all day Long

That's why the +1 list exists.

As for decency in game, you don't get to decide how good others think you are. If you're good, they'll pick you. If there's someone better, they'll pick him.

I know. I've been picked over plenty of times. All you can do is strive to improve and listen to comms better the next time you get the opportunity.
