Hello TFTV, and welcome to the seventh installation of the TFTV Netplay Tourney series - [b]The TFTV Netplay Open, sponsored by evl.gg![/b]

This tournament will start on [b]Saturday, November 12th at 3pm EST[/b]. Signups will be cut off on [b]Friday, November 11th at 12am EST[/b]. It is [b]free-entry[/b].

Thanks to evl and chompskye, we will have a guaranteed prize pool of [b]$150[/b]! You can also donate directly to the prize pool to get evl merch like hats and posters on the Matcherino page.

Our prize split is as follows:
1st - 45%
2nd - 20%
3rd - 15%
4th - 10%
5th - 5%

[*] We use a slightly edited version of the Smashboards ruleset, which you can see here:

Since pause is automatically left on by the Netplay settings, we can't turn it off; accidentally pausing mid-game still forfeits your stock.
Because we can't do RPS online, lower seed strikes first.
[*] Use Faster Melee 4.3 (if you don't have it, or cannot get it to work, 5.0-321 may be used w/ opponent's consent)
[*] Double elim
[*] BO3 throughout, BO5 winners/losers semis/finals and grands (winner gets 1BO5 advantage in GFs)
[*] Forfeit rule: 10+ minutes late to your game is an automatic FFL (with exceptions due to extenuating circumstances, discuss with me [b]beforehand[/b])
[*] In a case of unplayable lag, or inability to connect, players can agree to play on a different Dolphin version. If the issues are not resolved, a TO will be called to determine if a forfeit is warranted. The lagging player also has the right to forfeit the match.

Sign up below. Include your alias and your closest region (west coast or east coast). We're going to try to balance out the bracket so that people get better ping matchups, at least in the first rounds.

[b]ALSO:[/b] you will need to sign up on the [url=https://matcherino.com/b/tournaments/4330]Matcherino page[/url] (click the "Join" button) as well. This is necessary for people to receive payouts through Matcherino's system. All you will need is a Twitch account.

The tourney will be streamed by evl's own chompskye on http://twitch.tv/evltv, with casting by myself and chompskye (we're looking for more casters as well!).
