very open to criticism and want to focus on improving/learning but value winning aswell.
schedule wise, I'm able to play daily from 6:00 to 12:00pm, I'm in the eastern timezone.

he has good mechanics for only having 7 hours in tf2 (even tho he has played quake before)

he's dedicated to improving and has pretty decent dm. he practices consistently. I'd say by the time next season starts he should be a solid mid open roamer. Pretty cool guy to talk to as well.

It's kind of hard to believe this guy only has like 20 hours in the game, he's pretty mechanically competent. He seems pretty open to learning new shit, and pretty enthusiastic about improving.
If his current trend of improvement continues, he should be solid from the get-go, and much stronger by the end of the season - so he's a smart investment for a mid-ish open team.

He has good aim. Coming from OW into TF2, he has better DM than half the sollys in open this season. He could easily play mid open if he has a team that can help guide him since he's a little new.
