After claiming the ETF2L Premiership Title, ex- Crowns eSports Club have dropped their sponsor, with the team itself rebranding under their own name. Se7en forms with the goal of competing in the TF2 Rewind LAN hosted at the Esports Arena in California on January 21st and 22nd.

With the organizational change also comes a roster change, as kaptain and spudd will be stepping down; they'll be replaced by AMS and alle, who recently placed second in Prem playing with sauna slayers. Under the Crowns' banner, Se7en have been nothing short of dominant, with five Premiership Titles and an i-Series championship at i58, making them not just the strongest team in Europe, but also internationally. They will look to continue their dominance at the TF2 Rewind LAN.
Not only does Se7en want to compete in California in January, but they also aim to become a self-sustaining organization, with plans to generate revenue so that they attend events in the near future. kaidus will be taking the role of team management alongside being the team's coach, but he will not be coaching in-game. He said the following about the changes:
The idea behind Se7en is to create an organisation for TF2 in Europe that can independently fund itself to all events that are worth attending. Obviously there's not a lot of money in this game, but I believe there is enough to achieve this. I will make a video in the coming days that goes into more depth on that topic. As for the team itself; naturally it's the continuation of the legacy left by Crowns. alle was brought in to maincall, as coaching in game was always just a temporary solution to a short-term problem. He has to learn a lot still but has the potential to be the best demo in the world. kaptain couldn't make Rewind, and AMS was the obvious choice to succeed him. He is a player who has always had a ton of potential, but just never had the opportunity to play with the right people to unlock it. Hopefully we can change that for him.
The team is currently holding a fundraiser to compete at the TF2 Rewind LAN next January, which you can contribute to at their Indiegogo page and follow the team on their twitter.
With the addition of AMS and alle, Se7en’s roster is now:
- Scout: Starkie
- Scout: Thalash
- Roamer: Drackk
- Pocket: AMS
- Demoman: alle
- Medic: Raymon
- Coach: kaidus
