why do you think this will help so much? you are refusing to accept that any of this feedback is negative and you just say "oh yeah thanks for the feedback this will help with this amazing idea that will save the game" but whenever you edit your idea you only take your own "epiphanies" instead of the feedback you said was a great help. so, again, what about this idea will save the game?

i feel like both opinions are needed, but if the comp scene wants to be inviting to a newer audience it needs to be able to tolerate and consider the opinions of the newer players. also you can be new to comp and still have common sense and understanding of the game at an already high lvl.

vulcan -This seems like ultimates in overwatch, and this would really give the game a new dimension, the real argument here is if the community would like adding this new dimension. Having to coordinate what weapons everyone is using for last pushes would be interesting but most people seem opposed to it
levithian- My idea for balancing jarate is to divide the soaked time by the amount of players hit. For example, if I hit 4 players with 1 jarate jar, they would each have jarate on them for 2.5 seconds. Please tell me if I'm dumb, but i think this is alright.
same concept with mad milk
Also for the machina, if valve made the rate of fire and/or reload time slower, then I think it would be more ideal and fit the playstyle that most 6s sniper use, which is to just charge up and and go for one pick. At the same time, its downsides may make another player not use it, making it kinda balanced.
Ofc these are going to have to be made by valve. :(

if you get a working alpha server going let people know and see if anyone plays it and enjoys it.
