yo how do u guys deal w people tilting in matches on ur team cuz u start losing? it never happened during scrims and it honestly sucks

always keep the comms positive
talk about mistakes during halftime, rather than being distracted during the match.
dont call players bad during the match
if you do say something negative, dont hold down your push to talk

Just scream everything you see to your team if they get quiet so theyll start comming to shut you up

Think losing as a part of learning, you need to be prepared to lose sometimes because when your in IM and you get rolled it hurts alot. But it doesn't mean you should just give up, and say oh well. If some people were tilted then best thing to do is go over a demo or have like a team talk. And talk about mistakes so everyone is on the same page.
Please I hate it when I see young open teams give up and die. If the issue is a super big problem, I would like to volunteer to talk to any open team if they are going to die.(if you want, I'm pretty good at giving advice and being a mediator).

There is a difference between "tilting" and "being toxic". Sometimes it can be difficult to identify which trait your teammate has but the longer you play with someone, you can feel out their personality for the answer.

IMO, a player prone to tilting can be fixed by the teammates around him being calm and acting mature when dealing with him as he is tilting. Usually that attitude rubs off on younger and slightly immature players and they learn to change mentality.
On the other hand, "toxic" players typically never learn to be part of a team and always bring other players around them down to their level. This stuff causes teams to perform poorly or, in most cases, die after a few weeks.

If you identify a player as being "toxic" to your team chemistry in mumble or in-game, my suggestion would be for you to cut him or her ASAP and find a replacement. Even if that replacement is not as skilled, it will still be a positive move for the overall team.

I've struggled with BEING the one who tilts for years, and the number one thing you can do is keep comms positive. If the issue persists, its super important that you communicate with those tilting and make sure they understand the degree to which they can affect their teammates. Lots of players, especially newer ones just don't get that there's things that should and shouldn't be said over the mic.

not sure if you're referring to us or wrech, or both. but i can tell you we haven't played in a while and have a lot of offclassing so our team wouldn't be a team capable of doing well in IM anyways, there are lots of good open teams that will prolly beat us, we just wanted to play some games with friends. literally none of us besides okie really practice the game outside of scims/matches
