Started playing on a shared account in the summer of 08, got my own account Feb of 2010 (Yes almost 2 years on a shared account, being a kid sucked) and am still here for some fucking reason.
Found out about comp from almost day 1 with the old TGBF casts and started playing seriously once I got my own account and have never looked back.

I started playing in March of 2013 when I was 13 years old because I watched Nilesy from the Yogscast play it on his youtube channel. (4 years ago)
I started competitive by playing in and casting UGC Iron Highlander Season 16, which started in June 2015. (2 years ago)
I started getting involved with these forums and ESEA in June of 2016 when I started doing casts of ESEA Open. (1 year ago oh god why did I spend an entire year playing highlander?)
I was invited to join tftv as a caster by Truktruk on September 5th 2016 :)

Started playing this game back in 2013, although I do remember playing it before then but I don't remember when. Played on shit servers for a year until I found this cool pub community who had their own dm server called The Pit. I played on that server for ages until people stopped playing on the server (it died in mid 2016 but I had stopped playing on it before then). In late 2015 I joined my first HL team, Rhymes of Reason. This team was so bad it made me want to die, but I was an idiot and new to competitive so I kept playing with them. I was then asked by the heavy on the team if I wanted to play demo in 6's, which I did. That team stayed together for 2 seasons of iron before dying. Moved up to steel not because I got better but because Iron died (lol). Played 2 seasons of steel, got bored of playing against shit players and being a shit player and decided to play my first season in open last season.

I started on Xbox TF2 in early 2009, was in some teams over the course of about a year, then played on ps3 for a while before moving to comp on pc in 2011 (season 9-ish was the first ETF2L season I was playing). Been in and out of playing since then and still kicking. I feel old now

Started playing TFC in 2009, knew about TF2 by watching gmod vids but my pc was utter shit so I couldn't play it, then in 2010 I got a new graphics card and bought TF2, few months later I found about competitive by watching the Pub vs Pros Highlights video then some other well known videos like Meatshot vol 1 2 3, Auto-Aim, TLR's frags, etc. And I think the first ESEA-I season I watched was season 8, then began playing comp in January 2012.

I started playing around 2008, right after the Medic update. Convinced my middle school friends to buy the game just before the Heavy update. I remember us discussing Meet the Sandvich on our way to the bus stop. Then, in 2009, me and some people in my pub community started a comp team. ETF2L Div6 ftw. Playing fastlane, well, freight, turbine... Got dropped by the train at least a few times. Those were the days.

I started in 2008 as pubstomp, then played lot of #tf2.pug.na back in 2010, played scrims with my team named Mexfrag in 2011 but never made it to ESEA/UGC due unstable roster, team died after we went to college. Couple of original roster guys returned in 2014 and we won UGC Steel then we just broke the team. Then roster returned in 2020 due pandemic and we made a very solid 4th place in RGL AM S4, we played S5 but we had roster problems, we had a year break and in 2022 and we made it to RGL IM S8, then we won that season. Mexfrag team friends know each other for at least 10 years, dude even I am married, and we still love tf2, idk if we still in time break I hope we can made it again.

started on the family pc in summer 2012, all pubs besides 1 season of ugc hl. tf2 made me want a gaming pc so i got a summer job in 2013 and saved enough to build one in oct. mostly played pubs but was interested in hl sniper so started that ugc s12. friends started playing cs early 2014 so i tried and loved it, playing both for a long time before cs was the only game i played. got back into tf2 again in jan 2016 and made a 6s team with friends, which died a few weeks after the season started cuz we lost a player so we decided to play overwatch instead since it just released. never really liked overwatch but still played for a few seasons before quitting and returning to cs, and started pubbing again in 2018 while also playing cs. around mid 2019 i had gotten bored of tf2 and was back to exclusively cs till the start of rgl s7 i came back to play competitively. and through all the years tf2 remained my favorite game ever.

Caught America VS Europe in my recommended in fall of 2013. Immediately fell in love with the game and begged for a laptop to play TF2 on; fast forward to Christmas and had TF2 installed on my celeron w/ integrated graphics looking for any UGC team I could find while watching ESEA coverage online. got into producing around 2016 when I started hosting pug groups and was the only person in a few friend groups that had a powerful enough desktop PC to do any streaming, did a few in-house tournaments for friends, and eventually made my way to TFTV in fall of 2017

played a couple hundred hours of pyro on CTF_Turbine and had enough of the game. Saw the Yogscast TF2 Charity Mixup with STAR_ and realized there were other maps and the other classes looked fun. Ended up forcing my IRL friends to join my UGC Iron team and play with me a year later and now one of my housemates is some greasy dude I met playing TF2 in like 2013.
