Your changes makes scouts pretty much useless and making soldier extremely overpowered. 10 times worse than the current scout. These changes makes no sense

Increase rocket rounds to 6, increase movement rate by 40% (give or take) and ability to double jump when over healed (if health falls under 50 hp give him the ability to triple jump like the atomizer ability for scout) as well as potentially a 80% immunity to scout damage when health falls under 50 hp. I've done a research on servers in tf2 and have found that these changes were approved by all i questioned and was welcomed to make a balance between the two big engines in the 6v6 format.
great, make the soldier more op and did you ask anyone that was above ugc steel about these changes? also, why are you trying to shit on the scout so hard? scouts are not hard to kill as soldier if you take your time to predict their movement and please please please try to play all the 6s classes for at least a week or two before coming up with balance changes.
