i was thinking about the amount of water you drink when you go to take a break. and i noticed that i was just drinking to my own pleasure, but i imagined if i was carrying the amount of water in my hands i can see how it would actually be burdensome. but if ur carrying the liquid in ur stomach its like you get a free pass. so guys my advice is to just drink up during those breaks. just drink alot cus ur not carrying the liquid in ur hands, ur carrying it in ur stomach which you body doesnt make that big of a distinction. so just drink up guys
what dont drink alot if your doing something physically demanding thats an easy way to throw up wtf
i found this tip to be a big help to me guys. so now lets hear from you. share your sport tips because this is the sport tips thread

As somebody that played soccer for over ten years, I can personally tell you that drinking too much water is a very. bad. thing. Just don't do it.

if you're ever doing snowboarding or other cold sports and you need to use the toilet, just wet your pants. it will keep you warm and save some time out on the slopes.
dont eat less than an hour before sports or matches, it feels fucking AWFUL, let your body use catabolic reactions to break down the food into simple glucose than your body can use in the heat of a match. make sure that glycogen depository in your liver doesnt deplete, or you'll hit the wall
guys well actually food is good for you so what you want to be doing is loading your body with fuel. youll even see some top athetes bring the whole dining table right up to the starting line before the race. they do this just so they can cram in those extra Joules of E from carbs that theyll burn for those crucial last few hundred meters

My most vivid sports and water memory, is during my first two-a-day, whenever somebody threw up, the nearest person was obliged to jump on the vomiting person's back and strike them as you would a horse and shout "GET THE DEMONS OUT" this happened to 8-9 people and continued every year I played football.
