the one koth jungle map is already run in 4s iirc, doesnt seem like a bad 6s koth map tbh
the added koth maps are fun in pubs, but poorly designed. The rest is utter shit. Words can't detail how fucking bad they are

It's opposite for me; I don't enjoy the new KOTH maps much. They're too small and too many small rooms
i hate banana bay. aesthetically its awesome but gameplay wise its so cramped

i'm surprised that none of the maps they added were well designed, also that abandoned upward wasn't added.
koth_brazil is ok in 4s but half the map is completely pointless and is too risky to put people in so it's just an easy way behind

Brazil and Banana Bay are both Sniper Sightlines: The Map. Lazarus was merely okay, and Mercenary Park has a lot of weird design flaws. Words cannot express how much I hate the random train on both Moss Rock and Banana Bay, though.

Not to mention that there is the weird occasion where the train alarm sound effect only played occasionally for both trains. Not sure if anyone else had this problem but i'd leave out of banana bay right spawn just to get blindsided by a silent train.
tried koth_lazarus in a lobby, its too chokey for 6s and most entrances to the middle point are way too small
frontline.tf had way better maps for comp

Mercenary Park is pretty much exactly just a worse remake of Gorge, First and Last point are almost identical and they threw a third point in somewhere so it play kinda differently except that point is both awkward to attack and defend cause its just in the middle of the hallway , but yeah apart from that its just cp_gorge_worse
Also the layout makes it really confusing to figure out where you have to go from spawn
they're all good pub maps but none of them are good for comp at all
Not played any maps from this update that would be remotely playable in 6s.
i'd enjoy lazarus a lot more if i didn't dip sub-60 fps on it's mid. i like mercenary park, found that one a lot of fun so far. mossrock is pretty fun. enclosure is ok. hate brazil, i hated back in 4s and i still hate it now. banana bay is jumbled but it makes for a fun pub experience imo.
Merc. Park last point is terrible, I don't understand why the TF team is in love with adding/making maps with terrible chokes, I would like more maps in the future to be more open.

They are fun in pubs but would probably be dogshit for comp.
banana bay is probably the worst map i have ever played
banana bay is too small and pushing the cart up hill near the end next to the enemy spawn is very hard
mercenary park is my least favorite, i think its the worst of all of them
i think brazil is alright and lazarus is just okay, they're probably my top 2

Someone straight up told me that that's not a problem because you can just look to the right and check to see if the train is coming. Also like how every single one of the new maps has a map hazard that honestly has no right to exist, like the trains and the crocodiles. I guess whoever playtested these really likes airblasting people off cliffs.

Seems like basic changes to make it more playable would be:
-Remove mess of corridors opposite point
-Drastically cut down sniper sightlines

Remove the cliff because being juggled off a map hazard is not fun.
