i really enjoyed playing mario party 3, smash64, majoras mask, ocarina of time and like literally hundreds of classic nintendo games when i was a kid.
playing basketball for literally 6 hours everyday after school for 3 years was also really awesome when i moved.
falling in love with tf2, meeting and becoming friends with a lot of people i would have never ever would have met is quite amazing and i dont think many people realize how different your life is thanks to playing/being involved with tf2.
what are some of your favourite memories?

Prob from my middle school.
School went well because I was active student and I read a lot interesting books. I also explored online gaming around first time around middle school, and had fun with videogames.

Sleepovers at my grandparents who were farmers was really great. Sounds generic af but sneaking through the barns when it was getting dark searching for some cats to pet felt so intense back then.

When I was in South Africa and someone stole my fridge.
About 3 days later we found someone sleeping in it by a road about 3km away from my house.

When I was in 5th grade I got put in the gifted math group which basically meant I got to go outside and do 6th grade math worksheets with my friends while everyone else worked with the teacher. We would play Pokemon on our gameboys instead of doing the worksheets, so I was going to school to play Pokemon for half the day then coming home and playing more Pokemon. It might've stunted my math development for years afterward but that was easily the best year of my life.

This old dude came to our fifth grade class and he was supposed to teach us how to play the card game bridge. At the end of the month there was a tournament in town with a bunch of kids from the city all playing bridge. Bridge is played in pairs, and since the teacher thought I was nice she put me with the new kid who everyone thought was really weird, because he's the new kid. Immediately we hit it off and it turned out we had a lot of common interests, the sports we liked, the video games we played. He mentioned he played league, tf2, and CSS, and I had no idea what they were and didn't play them a lot cause I thought they were nerdy games. I ended up becoming really good friends with him, hung out with him a lot. He was a fucking genius and basically carried me to second place in the bridge tournament. Lost contact with him after sixth grade, never found him on social media and he moved to another city, but that month was so fun, hung out with him almost every day after school.

My uncle built himself a house out in the middle of nowhere atop one of the few hills out here. Said hill ended up being man-made, constructed by the Mound Builder culture - but that was only discovered after the house was more or less fully built. It was a heavily wooded area on a floodplain, so often times the whole area around would flood, except for his house. He had 3 kids which were all basically my best friends growing up - and we'd go over there all the time.
But one summer day we decided to be particularly rambunctious and go deep into the forest to find the river (responsible for the flood plain) to see what a relatively untouched portion of the river would look like and have a swim. We ended up finding a whole crazy assortment of trees, animal dens, and the remnants of a few pre-1900s homes (foundations, water pumps). But ultimately decided to stop poking around those areas for fear of finding a well or cistern and dying. We ended up finding a few pine trees - pine trees are not native to Indiana - and they were absolutely massive. So we climbed to the top, being as unkempt evergreens are super easy to climb, and got an excellent view of the wilderness, the river, etc.
They've sold the house now and moved away, and my cousins all live far away too - but I sometimes fantasize about tracking down who owns it now and asking if I could snap some photos from the evergreens on their land because the view was just that special lol.
