Is it possible to get rid of the railroad tracks and gaps on blands mid? I've lost count to how many times the rails have eaten the splash and my rockets gone through the gaps,

if you own a server you are going to do everything in your power to keep it popular, if they thought that removing elo would positively affect their playerbase they would. just be glad that none of the admins on the server are hackers, and if you want a server with no elo host a good one and people will come. if you think a server can hold a healthy population without catering to players who care about elo who are guarenteed to return as their elo makes then loyal, lets see you pull it off. they are far from cowards for not wanting to do this and history shows what happens, its not as though elo-less servers dont exist currently. im just glad we have a server that listens to the community and also cracks down on cheaters.

its not that nobody is listening its more about trying to find a middle ground (which is what !elotoggle is attempting to be) so we dont alienate too many players. i think elo does have some use even if it makes people play for it/play to win instead of improve or have fun. i dont think too many people would like the idea of charging for elo, even if its done through some kind of credit system in game. either way the final decision is on Nacho since he runs the servers, so if you really want to make sure he knows join the AS discord and message him there.

chillypunch isn't really directly better since it doesn't have a good ammomod or lavagran, there's way too many extra shitty arenas, and not a big deal but the lighting can be annoying

but there's always a blands middle open so it's still good

yes! this! i hope pepperkick sees this. he never added an ammomod MGE map despite me and several others asking him quite often.

because chilly is a somewhat newer map and people are used to the old one. chilly is almost objective better, that is true, but despite that no one's gonna join the chilly server if there's no one to play against. i always join chillypunch first if there's people to play.
mge is most often used as a warm-up gamemode. you can't afford to wait 10-15 mins for someone to join unless you start warming up really early.
