it takes a while but yeah.
there's some unknown glitch that's clogging up the system, apparently. After a fix promised by VALVe, it will allegedly be faster queue times.

i got into 4 games in 4 hrs and 2 of them weren't even played

wishonly while solo queue
Opposite here. Literally nothing through two hours of solo queue, but got a few games while queuing with friends. Only got to play 3/5 of those, though.

to be honest the abandoners make since given how goddamn long it takes to get a match, they probably forgot they queued for a match an hour ago

i only got into 1 game on day 1, and then couldn't get any queues to pop on day 2 or 3.
today i got queued into 6 games, with only 1 abandoner :o but i noticed the queue times getting longer with each win.

Try removing prec if you have it installed, that worked for me.

one of them our med went afk mid match and lost us an ez win
i don't think it's a lack of players just some fuck up in the queuing system

i have no doubt that something is fucked with the queue system, there's no way that there were so few players that i would have to wait an hour or more to get a game the day the update drops

I would like to see what the other Ranks equate to. My current conjecture is that every Rank is approximately 150 MMR, with Mercenary 1 being 0-149, and Death Merchant being a flat 2000.
