When I started working full time, I ended up getting a regular 8-10 hours daily, and the difference was actually life-changing. I went from being semi-permanently groggy, irritable, etc to always being able to always think clearly and be in a decent mood/state of mind.
Sleep is such an important part of your overall health, and it's one of the easiest things to improve on. I get legitimately concerned with just how much sleep I see some people in this community sacrifice in exchange for getting a few more pugs in and shit like that. Please, get some sleep friends, it's super important.
