Which is your favourite album of theirs? Ever been to any live shows? Got any cool merchandise? Have any cool stories to share?
I went to a show in Berlin last year during The Glowing Man tour and got this sweet ass poster signed by Michael Gira:

When I went up to Michael to ask to get the poster signed I thanked him like 5 times for his contribution to music and told him how much of an inspiration for my music his work is and he responded with a half-hearted "that's good" and handed me the poster.

I do not like swans they are aggressive. One chased me when I was a kid.

Gira is one of the biggest con artists in the history of pop music, that being said...White light from the mouth of infinity is a trip of it's own league! Definitely a must listen.

my friend preordered Soundtracks for the Blind on vinyl, jealous of him.
their latest three albums are all really fantastic, which is kind of a shame, because it seems most people have only listened to To Be Kind and not any of their other material. both The Seer and The Glowing Man are great records that i'd really recommend. outside of that, i've listened to Soundtracks for the Blind, Children of God, and My Father Will Guide Me up a Rope to the Sky, which are all really good imo. with that said, their all super long and pretty repetitive, so it's hard for me to binge their albums. to be kind is probably my favorite.
