Well, if you kill yourself, it's suicide. If the clone is connected to you, and he does that as well, it's gonna be murder. Not sure how about the laws in every country, but you can get involved in the crime case if person suicided and you was one of the people who ''pushed him'' to do that.
Now the question, if you suicide, and clone have the same thought, is he gonna act the same?
If you kill your clone, and you stay alive, it's murder, because you kill someone else. Going deeper, and killing the clone couse' you hated yourself (let's say that)? We can discuss that it was self destruction, because you kill someone (your half), and live with it.
