FilbertianCan we get a version that keeps the stock cosmetics (like the original hats even when someones wearing a different hat)
http://www.teamfortress.tv/post/746574/no-hats-mod
TL;DR: Its possible but buggy and takes fucking ages for even a single hat.
Actually, if anyone knows anything about scripting it might be possible to automate the process for replacing a hat using this method. No idea if that's possible with the .mdl decompilers out there. I'd be keen to work with someone who knows how to do this.

Is there a way I can enable some cosmetics (I want to see demos reggaelator.)

Drag and drop the nohats.vpk on vpk.exe which is somewhere in your tf2 folder. You'll need to delete any entries for the reggaelator. The easiest way is to google for some list like this then search the extracted folder using the cosmetics actual model name and delete the results. Then you drop the extracted folder back onto vpk.exe to get your new vpk.

Update to No Hats and Headsfeet:
- Removed Scream Fortress cosmetics
- Should have fixed the remaining broken cosmetics
Download links:
https://github.com/jeebsAU/No-Hats-Mod
https://github.com/jeebsAU/Headsfeet
This is most likely going to be the last update coming from me. I don't have a whole lot of time to play the game anymore due to real life commitments and I don't have a whole lot of motivation either. If anyone here is willing to take over for me after this update, add me on steam and I'll add you as a collaborator in the GitHub repositories.
Happy Fragging!

I haven't finished it or made a formal release yet but I've been working on something that (among other things) should auto-generate nohats. Headsfeet is wip but the entire process is there, just not the list of things that need to be removed.
https://github.com/JarateKing/CleanTF2plus
If all you want is nohats, it should be a matter of:
- download zip
- unzip into tf/custom/
- run generate.bat
- type 'y' for the "would you like to remove hats?" question, type 'n' for everything else
- wait a minute or two
I haven't checked with the new hats, but unless they're put in a really weird spot (that I'd just need to add to a list and then it all works) they should get removed.

Are there any unusual removers? I really just want to remove unusuals and I've struggled to find a way to do only that
I dont mind it even if its buggy

Unless Valve decides they want to add their own hats, community made hats/hats from the community workshop will almost always be in the same directory.
