would be good if it was like faceit and had a timer or whatever, but as a community we can also just decide to sub people if they haven't showed for 5 mins, from what ive heard/seen from limited experience it's not really a problem in eu at all--cause these people just get subbed and can't get away with it every pug

another thing that would probably be worth talking to erynn about is giving more people admin, the number of na admins who actually play pugs frequently or are on to fix issues is super small
idk who would be most responsible or whatever but there definitely should be more people who play pugs frequently who can fix server issues without having to hope that nursey or jarrett or whoever aren't afk and can help u out

if insom and milan are both added on captain without fail both of them get it and make the pug super not fun

I hate to talk shit about insom because he's a great guy to play with and has been very friendly and supportive, but I can definitely agree with this point. He's even picked me (a guy with 20 pugs) over an Intermediate Medic before. I don't want to read into his motivations for doing so, but the most important role of the captain has to be to create a balanced pug.
