tl;dr (I think, OW players are braindead so it's hard to figure out their logic and i didn't go through the entire thread and just looked for the important bits)
Org has history of making sexist comments and being toxic towards female players.
One of the toxic players gets cut.
The cut player (Colluge) and a teammate (Punisher) use Punisher's alt (ellie).
They then use this alt to alternate queueing with a "girl gamer" to make it appear as if they're not toxic anymore.
They had a 17 year old girl sit next to Punisher when he played so she could talk.

I think this whole scandal is a lot more interesting than the unlock discussions and players in open saying slurs and calling eachother bad. Agree with the gameplay part tho
