If you're being ddosed by bullet, add me and I'll tell you how to report it. I tried to get b4nny and everyone else to report it earlier from when bullet ddosed every invite pug back in January but none of them expressed any interest. With something like this, if we had 184 emails rather than posts, then we'd get somewhere fast.

Has anyone who has contacted their ISP gotten a response? With the frequency of these attacks happening (given that it's the playoffs now), if everyone experiencing this reports the problem then that's only going to raise the odds that the person responsible for this gets caught.

Many of you probably have dynamic IP's and don't even know. If you are getting attacked just try restarting your modem and your IP would change if you do. Take the precautions to protecting your IP after that and you should be fine. If you have a static IP you should talk to your ISP about the issue and they could give you help with preventing the attacks.
