if that shade guy decides to return the roster might be better
discussion?
edit: @habib mainly, not toxicity or cockiness was meant by this post. This is a result of a couple guys socializing in a stream and conversation leading to froyo and who might be able to beat them. I fully understand that chemistry is the biggest factor making froyo the best team in existence. Take b4nny for example: Im sure there is another scout out there that can beat him in a 1v1 mge, but his brain and coordination allow him to surpass any dm ability. I personally believe that there is not that much difference in dm capabilities among the upper field of TF2, rather, its a teams decision making that allows for an advantage. By this guideline, the only team to beat froyotech would be a team that makes better decisions than them. I chose the above partly because of their dm abilities, but also because I believe they are capable of becoming a cohesive, poweful unit and with shade, they would be able to make those vital decisions as <insert shade history>.

I understand this thread is for fun and fantasy teams however Team Synergy/Chemistry and Coordination, like DM, is something that is continuously built upon and needs consistency. This is cocky as fuck but realistically speaking there is no theoretical on-paper roster, that you can build that can beat us. The same goes for Se7en and the respective EU players. Even if you put the clockwork and mike in their primes against us or Se7en it still wouldn't be enough. However this would be only for the first season or two.
The only key is and has always been to stay together for more than one fucking season and you will get the results you want provided you work for the consistency and find out your own teams strengths and weaknesses.
Long Term > Short Term :)

I would rather have an autistic meltdown after one season of losing and offclass in open until i realize that by not practicing these open players have surpassed me in skill then switch to my main in playoffs and talk shit about how little i care about the game

I don't know where this team's just have to stay together narrative came from. Ascent stayed together with a core roster for years and I believe the only time they beat froyo was when clockwork decided to troll in a match. I don't feel like tf2 is as much of a teamwork oriented game as everyone thinks. To a large degree I feel like a team full of players who all just make good decisions on their own is better than one team making bad decisions together.

tf2 would be a much more teamwork oriented game if standards were higher, ie coaches and gaming houses and giant prizepools
but thats just not how it is
