Dr_FezI like the idea of making arrows heal over time. I feel like the annoying part of the crossbow is that you can get someone quite low but all they need is a second to stand still and suddenly your damage is meaningless and not possible to follow up on. If the healing was done over time, even if it was relatively quickly at least there would be a window of time where you could actually play off your damage.
I guess you could argue that changing arrows in this way would remove some of the clutch potential of arrows though so idk. Also maybe it would be hard to implement in a plugin.
How about arrows giving just enough HP (like 40-50) to avoid fall damage and the rest over time? You can still do clutch saves like that bear clip a couple weeks ago.
Also, how about meds can run at scout speed only when ubered? Enemy med can't kite it that easily and it would incentivize ubering in with tiny uber ad; just run an ubered scout in, kill the med and run back to safety.

2 of your "pros" are actually just cons that lower the skill ceiling of the game and are super forgiving to people in bad position. both would also apply if med had 200 hp, but that doesnt mean its a good change.
pocket has not been "constantly healed" for the last 4 years of this game, medic positioning hasnt "improved", they just dont get punished for being out of position due to scout running. roamer is harder bc now scouts are better and medic dodging is waaaaay easier. exchanges and small ads being discouraged just leads to game being less fun, teams being less proactive, and more stalemates. as for 10 you are simply braindead its just not true

i really like these changes but leave out the resistance thing, you shouldnt change to much at once without everyone getting used to playing like how it used to be in the meantime or you will piss off a lot of medic/scout mains...

why would valve introduce a feature that only helps medics when they heal a scout? when have you ever seen a medic and scout combo in pubs? i know he went to valves offices so i assume he suggested it thinking that faster medics = faster games. unfortunately when medics rarely die you end up in a lot of stalemates. i remember when losing a mid hard meant getting wiped and almost certainly losing a round - now your med just sprints to last like usain bolt and you have a nice little last stalemate

1.Have no idea how this buffs the scout in anyway, If your thinking that a medic pocketing a scout and the scout being invincible seems very wrong, this is a team based game, the combo would so exposed to various amounts of fire and could barely survive. But if you were playing this with your team 6v6 why would the medic be healing 1 person out of the 5 other players???
2.Pocket is a vary important player in the 6's league, hes constantly healed in order to fight thing attacking him and the medic, He can spam choke points that the scout wouldn't be able to do.
3.I think the medic positioning has improved more than it being devalued, The medic can adapt more than if it didn't have the speed buff.
4.The rollouts are quicker and easier now, don't know how that's a con.
