They all are seeking the same endgame, that is, seeing tf2 flourish with new players. If someone helped someone get into competitive that's great and they've helped the community but I think it's pretty respectable to go out of your way to spend your own free time and sometimes money to help a bunch of people get into competitive. b4nny and new player organizations have both done that but again this doesn't give either the ability to act like this.drshdwpuppetAdasWrathi ll see you all after my track practice

OK . Let me reiterate this. His effort to reach to new players is more admirable than most players and has potential to reach far. More than any individual player. Of course, groups of people or organizations do a better job, but as an individual person, and a really high tier, who could choose to not give a fuck, his effort is more valiant and admirable and for at least for me it makes him one of the best person this community has to offer.

I agree, b4nny did all the production, strategic planning and provision of resources needed for running TF2 events. He also fully sponsored teams from EU and Australia from his own money to go to events to save TF2, thanks for reminding me how he is the only one doing all of this.

He is more foward to expanding the competitive scene. What you mentioned concerns only pro players and matters to pro players or anyone high level. I believe he in the other hand (and is probably doing a good job) focuses more on the common man, the person that is afraid to enter competitive. Honestly if it was not for him, and it i had to deal with the bullshit of this community, i wouldnt even think of playing competitive. I know it s mob mentality to hate the guy just for wanting to take the game seriously while others jerk each other in their lil circles, but i gave him great credit in encouraging new people to join.

I seriously think b4nny is the only one that wants tf2 to progress while the rest of "high tier" players would love to remain in their unbroken circlejerks. Otherwise, you would see more than one invite player making an active effort to make competitive tf2 mainstream.

If the other sites were so great as people claim, people wouldnt even be thinking about going to faceit at all. They had their chance and at this point they are just holding back progress.i can only talk about tf2center and mixchamp, and i know zero about pug champ. As a low level player, Faceit is the best outlet not to only unify the competitive playerbase, but to bring new players to the game.
Also choosing classes beforehand has only proven so far that games wont start because nobody wants to play medic. i honestly hope that either faceit doesnt add it or place a nice incentive for those who play medick.
