The Bulle + Tek combo had amazing synergy at i55 (possibly even the best?!). Sad to see Knoxxx go, but still psyched for the the return of Bulle and to see how it goes for Epsi. ETF2L playoffs are looking hype this season!

numlockednot a fan of the swiss system qualifier, but rest of this sounds awesome.
Swiss system may not be quite as good for top teams, but for open teams across the board it is waaay better. No more getting stomped by Invite/Prem teams in every match, and by the 2nd week you'll get to play matches against other teams your level, guaranteed. Similarly, you won't be done after one night, as most open teams would be if it was elim.

This is amazing and huge for keeping the game going during low season for all non-playoffs teams!
Question: in theory the NA Thursday cup will conflict with Thanksgiving. Is there going to be a way around that, rescheduling or w/e? Because I doubt any Americans will want to play then. :/

Q/A Help
I went straight to ESEA this season, no prior experience, etc. I had watched about a hundred hours worth of casts on TFTV and played some TF2Center, but that was about it. 900 hours in game at the start of the season.
No regrets. I sucked more than I expected at first, but I've had a lot of fun and have gotten infinitely better since the start of the season, in DM and gamesense.

Not sure if they would have been mid Open (probably they will be next season), but from my experience they're pretty nice people. They seem to have pretty solid dedication to the game; in the space of 20 minutes, 4 of them joined my Razer team to play so we could help boost the participation.
