Try turning on loudness equalization. Right click on the windows mixer and open playback devices. Go to the properties of your audio output, open the tab for enhancements, and check the box labeled loudness equalization.

my mom tells me she loves me more than anything and at the same time that none of my depression/anxiety issues are relevant enough to warrant wanting to die just because she was physically abused as a child. My parents both also say that they do literally everything for me even though my desperate need for treatment for ADD/ADHD has yet to be resolved despite me begging for a year now to see a psychiatrist or specialist.
