Thanks Future, and yes MR_SLIN all three servers are using NoCrit and FixedWeaponSpread :)

For your cooling and power management options go to Control Panel > System > Power Options > Change Plan Settings > Change Advance Power Settings > Process Power Management > System Cooling Policy > Setting = Active.

You should always do this to laptops and desktops. AMD especially because they reduce your CPU power by almost 25% when playing video games to counteract any over heating.

Look into RocketDock :)

So I've watched Twitch streams before without any lag issues but I haven't watched them recently. I wen't to go watch one and for some reason its not smooth. It's not really "lag" because it doesn't skip or anything its just like I'm losing FPS or something, it just isn't smooth lol.

Looked around, tried multiple browsers and all have the same issue. The only setting that it doesn't do it on is mobile.

I know its not an internet speed issue so I'm kind of stuck.

Any suggestions?

The plugin allowed me to stop the classes but it seems to of broken the SoapDM plugin as well. Spawns are not what they should and I am spawning in the normal respawn hangers.

Hello all, working on setting up class restrictions on a DM server.

I have decided to use this plugin by Nican located Here.

I believe I have followed the instructions correctly.

In my addons/sourcemod/plugins folder I have the MaxClass.smx and in the addons/sourcemod/configs I have the MaxClass.txt file with

When I load the server and check "sm plugins list" I see its loaded without an error. But the restrictions are not in place. I can play any class with a 0 on it.

Anyone know of another plugin or even if its possible just to add this kind of stuff to a Server.cfg file?

So I'm hoping to get some more attention brought to some servers I keep trying to get off the ground so I'm going to change a few things and re-vamp ect.

Here is some info.

Server's hosted in Kentucky. USA

Current servers ran personally:

Badwater 24/7 (This is the one I am most interested in getting running)
MGE
SoapDM

I am also hosting a mumble that has 4 channels, a hangout and one for each server.

The servers are running a basic stats tracker (Might up it to sizzling stats in the future for the Badwater server)

I know there's a bunch of servers so its no big deal for yet another one, I just like doing this kind of stuff :)

Question, from what I can tell the DM maps are just the regular maps with no additions or subtractions, is that right?

Seems like more popular maps would be smaller ones specifically made for that scenario.

Just curious, what are some peoples favorite DM maps. I'm thinking of hosting a server for SoapDM and was curious what maps to rotate. I was going to go with viaduct, gravelpit and badlands.
