I like core and waves a lot for the intermediate category. They're both really well designed in both appearance and jumps, imo.

And here is a difficulty ranking of some maps/courses:

Start going to bed at the same time every night. Don't do the thing of trying to "make up sleep." Oversleeping is bad for you too.
I'm pretty sure they're all either this

or sideways Whoopi Goldberg
We wanna get a couple more tryouts. HMU
Yo, Sami. If you pay to enter a tournament, do you still have to buy the regular LAN pass as well?
$40 for lan entry fees and a ride to my grandma's. Also, my best friend made me earrings and asked me to be her maid of honor. Couldn't be happier. :)
Zac is such a wonderful teammate. I picked him up back when he was only 14, but he's always acted with maturity and courtesy. Always shows up. Always keeps a good attitude, even when everyone else is tilted. He's got an unusual way of thinking and talking, so it might not seem like it sometimes, but he is always listening to, processing, and incorporating the team's feedback. As a result, over the 5 seasons we played together, he showed the most steady improvement of any teammate I've had. I seriously miss playing with him already.
Brass tacks: he'll do much better in the combo than on flank. On the right team with strong callers, he could definitely hang in mid-IM. If you somehow manage to pick him up for top open like he's looking for, he will absolutely pound.
Ed is so awesome to play with! Be on a team with him. You'll have fun.
Whoa, you churned out a bunch of months really quickly to catch up there. gj, Luke. Thanks for doing what you do. :)
1) Don't date people who do shit like that.
2) Don't do shit like that.
3) Don't send love quotes or romantic couplets unless you're sure she likes that kind of cheesiness.
Okay, lemme preface this by saying that I also recommended to Wolsne that he try high open first, but honestly all the people doing the same in this thread don't really know him. They're just responding based on the *idea* of some open player who's way too big for his britches and thinks for no good reason that he should play IM--there are many of those, so I don't blame them.
Honestly, though, if there's anyone who could survive a really difficult IM season they weren't really prepared for, make good adjustments, and actually learn a ton from it without killing their motivation, it's Wolsne. His mid-open record from last season is a lot more impressive once you realize that he had zero comp experience and barely any hours in the game just a few months ago. His capacity to improve rapidly while also keeping perspective on the game is genuinely exceptional. I think the only thing that would really hold him back from having a productive season is finding enough players like him--there aren't many.
Swols is the best, as you can probably tell from him being so well-liked and known after just a season of iron and a season of open. He learns super fast. Also, as others have mentioned, his voice is complete music to the ears wow.
