nobody gives a fuck about whatever is in that unformatted essay that you wrote above. Just list what players you have and what players you need. It just makes everything a lot easier so people don't have to read your life story and they can quickly decide whether or not they're interested in playing with your team based on the players you have.

crossbow makes playing medic so much more fun because it actually gives you something to aim as opposed to holding down m1. if the crossbow were banned i feel like it would slow down the game to an extent because you would have to spend time tanking your soldiers to full hp as opposed to quickly arrowing them and being able to push with scouts. the passive reload may be considered overpowered but the item certainly makes medic a lot more enjoyable to play and gives you something that actually takes skill to do.

Hey everyone. After taking a long hiatus from competing the legendary tf2 organization SYOPS will be making its triumphant return to ESEA open this season. We will be reforming the roster with some SYOPS legends who we believe will be able to compete at the top of the division this season.

From past experience, here is a list of traits/qualities of people that work well in my teams:
- Accept/give quality feedback to other teammates
- Keep open communication with me/teammates in-game/out-of-game of problems or just how to improve our game-play
- Push to improve your personal game play and help others around you. So if that means dm, mge, demo reviews, team map discussions, end of round quick talk... yes i like that sh*t...
- Ability to keep others focused around you
