percentage miss set to 10-20% probably. It's a real option on any decent cheats

Recorded him cheating in MGE like 1 hour ago. I was talking to my friend about what kind of cheat he was probably using but my mic is muted for some reason. But basically we figured that it was toggle with percentage miss set to 10-20%. He was probably also toggling on scatter but that's a little harder to tell.
Was going to post this in the Div-1 thread but I figured it's better if I make a thread.
