691 is the height in hammer units that you travel upwards (hammer is the tool to make maps)
swolebroyou can get different heights with ctap jumping. 691 hu is the highest
btw original is the easiest for the most optimal ctaps. with the rocket launcher you kind of have to strafe a bit to the right and ctap to get the higher jumps

Didn't bother reading the article cause lazy but what most people dont know about magnet bodymods is that the shit can break inside of the little sack containing it, and if that breaks you got bits of magnet leaking into your body which is no bueno
I too was interested in this many years ago but after finding out the above quickly changed my mind
