Lights is a saint; I have never met a more positive person in my entire life. I don't approve of anyone who doesn't want to play with her.
amazon doesn't #20believe
Smesiface2faceI don't personally like huds that use straight black (0 0 0 255 or 1 1 1 255), i would rather use like a dark gray or something (34 34 34 255)
Also you should add some capitalization and maybe change the font for the main menu.
seems like you missed the whole point, which was to emulate the zune interface
How do I resize the chat text input BG (the entire light-grey area)? It appears to be somewhere in chatscheme.res but I don't know the relevant code.
It's about the same as changing your resolution; that is to say, some people will see benefits and some people won't. Mat_viewportscale has the advantage of rendering HUD elements at full-resolution, but it is slightly blurrier than actually running at a lower resolution.
I personally have very poor performance all-around, and the resolution doesn't affect my framerate benchmarks in TF2. However, running at lower resolutions does feel smoother, and seems to cause less overheating.
extracrispyDoes anyone know how to animate CTFImagePanels?
what exactly are you trying to accomplish? may be able to use a workaround like with buttons.
TheCapeKidIs there any way I can edit "CHealthAccountPanel" in Resource/UI/HudHealthAccount.res and "CDamageAccount" in "Resource/UI/HudDamageAccount.res" so that I can split up the text into multiple fonts?
For example, how can I edit the "+100" text from a healthpack pickup or a crossbow arrow so that the "+" and the "100" are two different fonts, if this is even possible?
You could do it for the static damage numbers since it's a separate control, but afaik you can't make more controls for health-pickup or the world damage numbers. What you could do is change the glyph at the font level; I've done this to add subtraction/addition characters to fonts without them.
Why only include one size by default? This requires the user to relaunch the game every time they want to test a new size, when using hud_reloadscheme is enough of a hassle already.
If you want to make a more 'universal' crosshair pack, I'd probably also include some HUD crosshairs (e.g. pilot) and the Quake .vtf crosshairs.
the amount of scrolling I need to use the website is atrocious
augustTF2S didn't advertise themselves as a more exclusive way to play HL lobbies ... which would have been nice.
what on earth

I loved it as a video. It was really well edited and hit the trailer template almost beat-for-beat.
However, I'm not sure I liked it as a trailer.
If you'd like my (hopefully constructive) criticism: The storyline was presented pretty clearly, but I felt it lacked any dramatic weight and felt about as mundane as I'd expect from a movie about a paper company. I know the source material of the TV show is largely the reason behind this, but you also excluded the comedy and absurdity that made the TV show so appealing in the first place. The Office was almost entirely carried by the interpersonal relationships of its characters, which we see very little depiction of in your trailer.
I have to reiterate that I really liked it as a video, as I think most Office fans would, and in a way, it's actually really impressive how different it feels from what I would have expected an Office movie to feel like, yet still flow so naturally. Ultimately I feel the same way about it as I do about "The Story of Sarah & Juan"; worth watching and sharing with friends, but it's not gonna make me go out and buy what you're selling.
kinda lifeless without gradients... rip dead project
