tweaking how airblast works. I got this idea from playing l4d2.

you know how in left for dead 2 you can right click with guns (or was it just with melee weapons?) to knock zombies back when things are getting crowded? and if you spam it enough you cant use it for acouple seconds?

what if airblast had a cooldown like that to prevent spamming of it?

I understand this would make pyro way less viable to slow down ubers when they push you with disadvantage but it would make airblast less annoying as it would only happen once or twice in a spammy situation (such as stopping an uber or knocking a scout around) whereas at a range such as deflecting rockets or being used to put out teammates out when they're on fire it could prove useful?

also. you could probably just apply this mechanic to the degreaser and leave the other flamethrowers alone.

got my brother a Gigabyte GTX 970 G1 recently and it is crazy. he loves it.
runs very cool (doesnt go anywhere above ~50 degrees in the australian summer)
pretty damn quiet (suprised me, but his case is kinda quiet, large fans with noctua cpu cooler)
no coil whine at all

As far as I know I'm taking a break from HUD stuff, I've fallen so far behind with all these gimped updates

(none of them have been good for comp tf2 lets be honest)

I have just been focusing mostly on my life (got into university) I still kinda play TF2, the australian scene really isnt good at the moment and I think only has a couple of years left.

(prove me wrong ozfortress, prove me wrong).

For the most part I am mostly just taking a break from HUDs. I may start up again but I don't know, alot of people harass me for hud things and alot of people acted really nice towards me for it and as soon as its outdated and or I stop doing HUD stuff they show their true colors which wasn't too cool. (constant shit talk etc..)

(but i guess those last two complaints is just the life of a hudmaker)

If I do any HUD edits these days its mainly just for myself or my girlfriend. However, if I do something to one of my outdated huds or something that I want to share with the community then I will be sure to let you guys know.

I can't speak for other scenes but as far as I know most weapon bans in 6v6 aren't based upon the fact that the weapon is "overpowered" but more or less because the weapon is garbage and a complete downgrade to existing stock / other unlocks for that slot / class. this is most likely because the weapon isn't made / designed with competitive play in mind and rather for retarded shenanigans in pubs.
