It definitely looks like he modified the HUD himself with the whole 'lucky bastard' thing on the death screen so I doubt you'll find an exact copy of this HUD. He might've modified a lot of other things from the base HUD.
Also the killstreak counter is the default one and there isn't even an indicator when he's getting healed with the medigun by the med so this possibly was a very old hud that he never updated.
Your best bet is modifying Garm3n VIP konr yourself. Removing the health cross from that version already makes it pretty similar. You can find a more up-to-date version of Garm3n VIP konr here: http://www.teamfortress.tv/33738/ive-updated-some-huds

edit: also here's Calm Like a Bomb HUD but it seems to be a bit out of date as well. Didn't find any screenshots on the page though https://github.com/Slayer89/slayhud
Hud files -> Resource -> ui -> hudplayerhealth.res
"Playerstatushealthimage" is what you're looking for, set the "visible" and "enabled" fields to 0 or change the xpos or ypos field(s) to a large number (9999 for example) to have it render offscreen

- It's a bit of an obvious question, but I have to ask it. Did you type hud_reloadscheme after you made changes and saved the file?
- I currently can't help you, I'm on vacation with my family and don't have a computer to download the hud and do changes for you :/

bearodactylKonceptI personally didn't have a good experience with Lawrena (it wiped all of my cfgs and custom folder and i couldn't find where the files got moved to), but I actually use the recording software that I got with my graphics card, shadowplay if you're an Nvidia user. Believe the name of it is the plays.tv recorder or something like that.pretty sure lawena moves the custom folder to like lwrtcustom or something like that

i honestly cant be bothered to wait for that shit so if i ever do that i just use obs and local record or stream and highlight/clip it lol
It did that but once I stopped running it the program it just disappeared. Not going to dwell on it that much since it happened a long time ago but either way I'm doing what you do since I find it a little more convenient

What krakyn linked is a good resource, and here's another badlands rollout guide if you don't feel that the one by b4nny was elaborate enough. You could also go and find the rollout workshop videos that kaidus did way back if you still need more help. Enough searching on his twitch channel should give you what you're looking for
Still practicing it a lot will help you nail those jumps. If you don't have a rollout practice script to practice your rollouts I'd highly recommend using one. You could even use the code from mine, which is below for anyone to use if they'd like to
