I played lots of goldrush on the sourceOP back in the day although I came and went due to college and such.
I played as LpG.Tanked and I only really played in Valve maps 1.

cowlieFrosTman, i hope pl_goldrush is the only map they play in competitive.
LpG excels in pushing carts and blowing up sentries.
We excel in RTV to goldrush, team stacking and pinning them into spawn with 15 sentries. I miss those days. :<

Last played as a team in like.. cevo main season 4. We were 9-3 and we didn't suck. We probably suck now.
Current roster; Myself, Wieks, Sups, Onifiro, Frost.

BUICKIt was a real fucking buzzkill for all of us helping seanbud (offering a second stream for the entirety of the event) to be cut off like that but the money is indeed what was important.
A bigger problem would be if they fucked up the STV demos 'freezing' the stv like the did in the finals. Even then if they didn't fuck up the stv demos I really hope they make them public but I fear that won't be the case.

I've used hard surface for years, and trying to play at work with a cloth pad is a nightmare. You'll need to replace your mouse twice as fast, though. I generally have to replace my mouse once a year because my feet wear out so fast.
