Probably the argument made is you're restreaming the music, while technically a silly argument. Legally quite sound.

I'm screwing around with it now, click a game on it's list and it launches THROUGH Steam, which initially is quite creepy but quite awesome at the same time.
Haven't tested audio quality yet, I haven't got anyone to yell at talk to.
Still waiting on the ARMA demo...
